Very green, clean. The springs have crystal clear water where the sunlight disperses into myriad of colors. In May month, the water temperature is comfortable, not too cold.nnClean electric barbecues, plenty of benches and tables, that too in refreshing natural shade.nnFresh and clean toilets.
Fantastic place. Rangers were doing a presentation and kids got to hold a croc! Water was lovely for swimming. Take a pool noodle, boogie board or anything you can float around on, good idea to take some goggles too.
This place is amazing. Water is clean, crystal clear and warm as well. We jumped of trees and logs and enjoyed the little waterfall. Would definitely come back again. Great spot for a picnic or bbq.
Love! nAbsolutely gorgeous, lovely for swimming or and or/picnicking. There are a couple of different pools to choose from or you can start at the top and drift down. Plenty of rubbish/recycling bins and toilets on site. Only downer for me was the amount of people smoking - doesn't appear to be prohibited anywhere but wish at least some parts of it were as you can't really escape it. Tip: would definitely recommend bringing a pool noodle or similar if you aren't a strong swimmer or are after a lazy swim as it is quite deep in the pools and there isn't much of a bank along the sides. Great way to spend an afternoon!
We were there mid week and on a Saturday. What a contrast. Mid week quite peaceful and beatiful and Saturday packed, some drinking beer from glass bottles while swimming despite the numerous signs, bogan central. Wear shoes in the water, you never know!!
