Absolutely DISGUSTED! How dare you chose to segragate and discriminate! This town is small and will ensure everyone knows how pathetic your so called "store policy" is to only serve vaccine passport people. Have a sign outside saying "ONLY WHITES ALLOWED!" Because what you are doing is NO DIFFERENT!! Time to close your doors, loyal customers will NEVER return.

Visited to buy some thread for a friend.  Found the exact one she wanted.   Successful visit.

Little chilly. Crafting is the new Book Club didn't feel like ladies wanted to roll with that, just a supply n demand approach. Customer was making masks before me felt that was treated as ho hum, much more could of been said and done

Why are quilting fabrics so expensive here? Bought Some velcro last night... Minimum of 1m purchase...paid by EFTPOS...minimum $20!!! Who carries cash nowadays? Are you trying to turn away customers that are trying to support local businesses?

Took my sewing machine in today for service. I have just moved to Gisborne and found the lady on the counter was very kind and helpful. She went beyond what i expected and offered to carry my machine into store.  I will certinally be going back to this store often after such good service.
