They used to key word USED TO have great food. The last couple of orders were total rubbish. The Burger buns on the last two orders of vege burgers were so badly burnt, the chips were severely over cooked and the oil from the grilled fish was dropping not only through the white box but the cardboard box the white box was in when delivered. So disappointed i used to order as frequently as 2-3 times a week but screw that now.

Food is always fresh and delicious i always order from there as they add a little spark to their food not your average take away YUM

So dissapointed in the service at Bernie's over the last few months. Being a regular, they used to be great. But now service in store is horrible. It's not difficult to pay attention to someone's order and give them the right thing, correct? I always have to wait for a "fix up" of their wrong order. On a couple of occasions they have overcharged because of their mistakes in cooking.Which no one takes the blame or apologises for. Today for example, i had to eat a cold kebab with burnt meat. Not the most appealing when you just buy it. Also had to wait another 10min for a snack pack they gave to the wrong person. Not the most difficult thing in the world to write down someones order and double check it when packing i would assume.
