Support local business they say - why would you when the food and service are so bad and not even the owner seemed to care. In fact he even yelled at me and said don’t come back. Now what happened. 1. Asked for menu, waiter served someone else first then remembered he hadn’t given me the menus. No apology just pushed them at me. 2. Waitress came to take order but not before throwing the cleaning cloth and bottle loudly onto the table next to us. 3. Food arrived and my Chicken Limone was disgusting. It tasted like pure lemon juice so bitter it could not be eaten. 4. Advised the waiter that the food was inedible who just stood there staring at me, until he finally asked if I wanted something else. 5. The replacement meal was enjoyable so hence the two stars. 6. My daughter went to the toilet and there was still food on her plate. The waiter just proceeded to clean up her plate without even asking if it was finished. 7. It was warm and sunny at the time we were there and there was an umbrella providing us shade. The waiter came out and pulled down the umbrella putting us into direct sunlight. Again no conversation was had asking if that was ok When I tried to approach the owner about this he became very irate and started yelling saying that “I’ve been working all day” well guess what you don’t know what other people have been doing with there day or what is going on in there lives. He said “this is the 3rd time I have done this”. Done what? Complained about service and/or food. If as you say it is the 3rd time maybe it is time to start listening and try to improve. There are times I have been when I haven’t complained and I should have. What happened to the customer is always right. Don’t bother telling me not to come back I wouldn’t waste my time. Which is a real shame as 9 years ago when we first came to the area you were our go to restaurant.
I don't go here anymore. Sadly all the smokers outside make it unpleasant. The fact that they ate smoking illegally with no wnfircenen of the regulations by the staff maybe it unbearable. Shane because their pizzas are pretty good
We are locals at ramsgate beach and we try to support all our local restaurants. This cafe is a continuous disappointment when it comes to pizza . I don’t know how they have the mind to serve such pizza , when it is clearly burnt past human consumption. It is always burnt , and I mean charcoal black crusts , bad quality cheese and sweet pizza sauce - we have gone back a few times in spite of our bad experiences Because it is late and we want something close by and it is always the same . Regrettably we always take the pizza back home before opening and discovering it is inedible . Please upgrade your pizza service .
Nice pizzas and very friendly people working there. A long drive for us but very worth it.Food: 4/5
The coffee is good , I also got apple crumble pie and it’s the worst I’ve ever eaten .
Closing times are wrong!! I drove there tonight especially and they were already shut before 9pm so I missed out. They do not shut at 9:15pm. Please update your opening hours
What can I say I have been many times for pizza from this restaurant and I have to say that I have given them so many opportunities to change, but unfortunately their pizzas are not upto scratch , I would rather go to Domino’s than ever buy a pizza again from here . There is a definite smell that the meat is off or stale. There is no point in bringing it up with them as the first 2 times I had thrown up, but after about a year we decided to get take away from them and I’m sorry but I can’t give them a five star review for something that is not up there.
