Went to visit only. Rooms clean bathroom clean parking for one car out side the door, but that's it. Very little visitor parking, and didn't see any disabled parking, maybe I didn't look hard enough. Overall quite nice for a short time stay.
Great sized rooms, comfortable bed, bathroom very good. Convenient parking too.nRoom servicing was outstanding, one of the best I've experienced.nI never had an issue with the front desk, polite and helpfulnOnly negative is the emergency services and sirens until late and again early in the mornings, out of the motels control.nYou pay for laundry, just like most other motels.nConvenient to motorways and ample of eateries nearby.
Would highly recommend this Motel. Our room had a comfy bed and was fitted out well - including microwave and basic kitchen which most motels do not have. Ideal to heat something up instead of going to the bother of finding somewhere to eat. When booking in had some concern about location on Major Highway and nearby intersection but found there to be minimal noise. Found Reception staff to be helpful and obliging - this will be our accommodation choice when next visiting from the Eastern States.
Avoid if you want friendly helpful service. Good rooms for the price.nRestaurant closed.n$4 for washing machine and dryer.nThe only downside, the Manager is absolutely vile! Every interaction was aggressive.nOne example, got reprimanded in a letter for cooking. When I asked what cooking equipment they were concerned about I was told the letter was left in the wrong room. Suspect they mistook my hair diffuser for a cooking device.nVery unpleasant experience.
The rooms were clean with adequate facilities for bedroom and kitchen. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the convenience of being able to park at your front door.nnHowever, that's where the positivity stops. Upon greeting, the receptionist was rather rude and wasn't welcoming. My curtain didn't block out any of the outside lights situated on the verandah so I had to sleep with bright lights beaming in through the window.nBeing located next to a busy main road involved a lot of traffic noise which made it difficult to sleep.nCafe/restaurant was shut so I had to plan otherwise. Not a major, just inconvenient.
