Great staff. I was treated with dignity and respect during procedure. Everything explained clearly. Results showed everything missed during awful experience at Lumos Oaklands Park.nWould definitely recommend this site to others.

The staff at Bensons r helpful and nice.  The only negative is it can be hard to get a car park here.

I have gone for my liver ultrasound, I was attended by trainee, she did take 45 min to do my liver ultrasound and she was also scanning my left side of lower belly I don’t know why.. she press my belly so hard that I rips are sore and got slight bruises as well.. I was in pain but can’t say anything at that time. When she finally finished and called her supervisor to check, the supervisor came and do my ultrasound again which take only 5-10 min and was not painful.. I understand trainee need to learn but there should be supervision as well..

My experience with Benson Radiology Edwardstown is amazing. They made me feel safe and the test went very well. The sonographer is very thorough and knows exactly what she is doing. I just phoned them and was squeezed into the schedule right away. Thank you. :
