I will never shop at this shopping centre again. I received a $88 parking fine for being literally 20 minutes over the 3 hour parking limit. Absolutely outrageous. I was there spending money at this centre meeting friends for coffee, did my groceries and had lunch at one of the restaurants. The car park is monitored by a third party service. They have lost my business for good.
Beware …..I relieved an $88.00 parking fine after spending 3 hours and 22 minutes at the centre. I feel sorry for tenants who provide services that take longer optical, beauty etc and the restaurants/cafes, as if you enjoy these activities along with regular shopping activities at Benowa Gardens you’ll be fined! I won’t be back. Go elsewhere.
This place is very run down. It has caked on dust everywhere; is cluttered, dirty and unkempt. The car park has a lot of pot holes in it and untidy, overgrown garden beds with rats in it. Such a shame as there are a number of good food outlets which have opened up here! The place needs a severe makeover and clean and tidy up.
Great new fish and chip shop called FINS, highly recommend, beautiful cooked, fresh, clean, efficient, excellent service very lucky to have them in Benowa Gardens.
We thoroughly enjoyed the most tasty, distinct flavours of Chinese cuisine here, today. A huge 'Thank you' to our dear friends for inviting us as guests to 'iDumplings' in Benowa Shopping Mall. Very friendly, peaceful, atmosphere and great service. Even the unusual hi-tech 'waitresses' were amazing! We highly recommend 'iDumplings' to all lovers of delicious, colourful, Chinese delights! Enjoy!
Popped in for a look around, only took a few minutes from one side to the other. Probably good for locals to get their weekly shop etc, but not for a day out.
I used to frequent this centre when my kids were at Benow schools, so it was nice to sit and have a coffee … good coffee no less!
Benowa Gardens.... Shopping Centre never fails to impress me..I visit this centre perhaps 5-6 times a year..& it's always busy, bustling with local shoppers..The businesses are always busy..with a steady flow of customers..There is a great variety of retail shops & restaurant's.. something to appeal to everyone. I visited several retail shops & the service again was second to none..every shop, the service was fabulous..& they took the time to ask where I was from & could they help or assist in any way??..I've found that the bigger shopping Centres have lost that personal touch..as they have a larger volume of customers..but as "Benowa Gardens"..is a much smaller Centre, which mainly caters for the local people..the retail shops, actually know all there customers by name, & of course this personal touch is fantastic.. I've been there twice in the last 10 day's & I've enjoyed every moment..& I would not hesitate to recommend this shopping to anyone...... Nice little unit. Good combo of nice restaurants, services and groceries. The Coles has good offers every now and then
An easy to find shopping centre,not many stores but those that are there are of a high standard.Lots of undercover parking.
