Due to my father’s severe Alzheimer’s, he had to move between several aged care facilities over time. Out of all the centres our family experienced, Hope Aged Care was by far the best.nnMy father was given his own private room, which made a significant difference compared to other facilities where he had to share. The centre was also noticeably cleaner, more comfortable, and better maintained than anywhere else he had stayed.nnWhat truly stood out to our family was the staff. Every staff member went above and beyond in the care they provided, not only to my father but to our entire family as well. My mother visited my father every single day and developed friendships with many of the staff members. Although my mother does not speak much English, the staff always made her feel welcome, comfortable, and included during her visits.nnTo anyone looking for an aged care facility for a loved one, I cannot recommend Hope Aged Care highly enough. It is the best facility our family has encountered, and we are incredibly grateful for the compassion, kindness, and care shown throughout my father’s stay.nnThank you once again for looking after both my father and our family.
I wanted to take a moment to thank each and every one of the caring staff at Hope Care for their exceptional care and kindness towards my mum during her four-year stay. The lounge room was her favourite spot, and she always felt safe and supported thanks to the staff's frequent checks and warm smiles. Your dedication and compassion have not gone unnoticed, and we're forever grateful.nRegards Dalakouras Jones and Moshoudis families.xx
