Really great service - easy company to deal with... and the products are delicious

Purchased 2 machines which were had a warranty, however, when we required assistance with numerous faults with the machines we were told the machines were not covered by any warranty?! The worst customer service I have ever experienced and the worst to deal with when trying to seek assistance with their faulty products!! WILL NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN!!
