Story

The Bengal Curry House was opened in 1981 by Roo and Vanessa and has flourished as a family business providing excellent food to countless Brisbanites and even our inter-state and overseas travellers.

Two words to describe the food we provide: 'Indian Fusion'

Our Menu has been carefully tailored to Australian tastes whilst maintaining Indian and Bengali flavours so even the most fearful food fanatic can enjoy a tempting curry!

We offer dine-in and take-away meals charging no extra for dining in.

Always fresh tasty food. Nice little spot on the park too.

Absolutely hands down the best Indian restaurant around. The flavours in the curries are amazing. The chicken tikka, butter chicken and korma are the best ever! We try to visit as much as possible all the way from the gold coast. Roo is always welcoming with a smile and always brings out free complimentary sides.
