I had to take money out from this locations ATM. I found it a bit worrying in that there is no nite light. I reported to Bendigo that the light was out This was done on April 24th it’s now the 12th of May.
I have always found the staff co-operative and friendly.But this bank used to be so conveinient, it was open saturdays. Now it is closed Saturday and even worse now closes at 2.30 pm.. Thats not much use to someone that works in another suburb.

Bad service. Rude staff. Went in to get some viet dong changed to AU dollar. The lady at the counter took my money without counting it let alone counting it infront of me and carried it to a hidden area away from where you could only see her head and nothing else. Then came back to me and said she couldn't exchange it as i didn't bank with them, mind you this is after she said she could exchange it and took 100 points ID. This is a bank that has a lack of training and customer care within the ranks of there staff and also a bank that hasn't progressed with the times.
No Bendigo bank ever looks like a bank inside, more like a country office for something, it's refreshing. But in the end it's still a bank, go there to put money in, and then complain when we spend it all, anyway have fun!
New branch is clean tidy and quiet. Security personnel is rude.
What is the point of only opening till 2pm???? Ridiculous.
Great service no waiting for long time easy in out.
