Absolutely the best bank around. I've been with them for ages and would not think of changing. I've found that it makes no difference which branch, they're all totally helpful, all staff take time to explain, to be friendly, to go above and beyond with each and every enquiry.

Started dealing with them in Dec 2021. Manager told me she will apply for my pre approval which will only take a week or two. 3 weeks passed, no call or email from them. I called them for update. Turns out no one processed my application so I got passed on to another staff. Which then passed my application on to another staff. Who then asked me to send new documents. After I sent the documents he asked, I never heard from them again. Waste of time.
Fantastic branch. Sue, Cheryl and the team provide first class service. Bust just as importantly, they do so much for the local community.
I used to think they were a good bank. Now they are as bad as the big 4. Not willing to help a long term customer when they are facing financial ruin and catastrophe. Do not be deceived. All banks are self serving. They could not give a flying f--k about their customers.
Very helpful branch members and the bank manger Sue is always willing to help.
