I receive monthly treatment in the Day Procedure unit for IVIG infusion. The staff here are the best I have experienced in my 7 years of receiving my treatment both at St Vincents Private and now in Benalla Day Procedure Unit.

I recently just gave birth to my daughter and was transferred from Wangaratta to Benalla hospital for the postnatal care. All the midwifes were so friendly and helpful. I just want to do a big shout out to our overnight mid-wife “Pommie Kim”. She  made our nights so much easier to adjust to, by offering my partner and I to watch our baby for a few hours so we can catch up on sleep. No question that was asked by us was ignored and she gave us plenty of useful information in navigating this new life in parenthood. My partner and I are so grateful. We will never forget the amazing experience we had. Thank you so much

It's a friendly place, very much the small town country charm and friendliness from the cleaners, kitchen staff, to the nurses and all of the staff. The meals have always been nice, especially when you have bacon, eggs and a roasted tomato for breakfast, it's a great way to start your day and it's always been my little indulgence that I look forward to. It's always meticulously cleaned and maintained.

Recently I had a procedure performed at Benalla Health.nThe level of care and professionalism by all staff in the Day Procedure Unit that I came into contact with throughout the day was exceptional.nI highly recommend Benalla Health as a 5 Star Regional Medical Facility.

I needed urgent care on Friday the 9th after tripping over the drawbar on our caravan. I landed on my face and broke my nose and lots of soft tissue damage. The nurses and CT scan personnel were absolutely amazing. Doctor on call stitched my finger and I knew I was in good handsnI'd like to thank you all for your wonderful help.
