Customer service was fantastic, cheery, prompt and friendly. This is an essential ingredient for breakfast places as it sets the tone of your day. We have been here before and enjoyed the hash with pulled corned beef. Coffee was served just on the right temperature with latte art to top it off. Matcha latte was also good but on the expensive end. Ambience was also good, modern but a little chilly with the doors opening constantly to let the 12 degree chill come through. So best to sit further inside.
Staff have always been friendly the few times I've been...meals good without being exceptional. Outdoor area is a great option in summer.
Great location when your son is playing footy across the road! Coffee was solid, service ok. I didn’t eat so can’t comment on the menu. But the place was empty for a Sunday. It’s surprisingly big out the back and a cute courtyard gives it real potential. So why not more people? Maybe it’s just good but not outstanding and there is so much competition in the industry. Bathrooms could use some attention too. Overall, good but not outstanding.
Went here for brunch. The staff were really friendly and down to earth. The seating in the little courtyard at the back feels like a hidden gem and was comfortable on a good sunny day. The coffee was good and the food was delicious. However I think there could be more variety in the food menu. Overall still would recommend this place if you are in the area or passing through.
Our go-to cafe in Kew. Good coffee and good food. Their burgers are awesome. The fries are very nice with rosemary.
Sadly the business has closed. Ben - the owner of this business - has had to make this decision. Ben is a very hard working and pleasant young man. He made lovely coffee and was always happy to chat. Sadly like many small cafes he had trouble securing staff. All the very best Ben!!
