Noticed these guys enjoying a conversation with a customer and I needed to service my Holden Caprice so I booked it in for a 120K service and asked to replace the rear shocks. Gave me a loaner car and just handed me the keys, called that afternoon once he inspected the car, gave a quote on the phone, collected the next day drives like a dream, came in under the estimate. I am from QLD and had my 4wd break down near Belrose auto. I cannot believe how fortunate I was to find Rob and team… by pure chance. I found that he communicates very well and is super responsive to requests it was a significant repair and involved multiple parties and correspondence….that’s a long story, short. Rob worked so efficiently to investigate parts procurement options and to source and fit the new part, all the while dealing with his obviously very busy pre-Christmas workload and being totally patient and understanding in his dealings with me, a non-local person who had broken down 1000km from home. My local Mechanics, so gave them a go. Looked after me very well. All staff very polite & helpful. Saved me money too in the past. Always transparent with work that needs to be done. Even saved the crumbling gasket to show me it needed replacing. Even fixed my key fob which was broken did not charge me for this. Would happily recommend to anyone.Services: Tires
