Drove a long way to find the store permanently closed. Website still shows as open and the online ordering system is active. Not helpful.
Average cuts, for literally double the price of another butcher. Biodynamic? When I asked what it meant, I was told "they don't use chemicals". Another buzzword like "organic".
Excellent meat, that's sustainable.
