Bought a baby jogger pusher on layby, payed it off by 32 weeks and went in to collect it a few weeks after it was payed in full. I  was met by an astonished staff member who stated indignantly, "we dont have it. You arn't due for ages yet tho"
It took them until 40 weeks to get the product instore despite knowing it was ordered at 12 weeks. They had not even ordered it and were rude to me that I was asking for it before the baby was even here!
Not nice.
