Nice food. Initial thoughts was that service can be improved. A lot of young kids walking around pretending to be busy. No eye contact with customer. Service did improve somewhat as the night went on. Waitress just dumped a closed wine bottle in middle of table and walked away. What’s that about!?!? Food was nice. Don’t think I’ll come again tho!
If you have not been, this restaurant is a must. Tastiest Italian I have had in a long time. Pasta dish was to die for and the kids thoroughly enjoyed the pizzas. Service was exceptional. Friendly staff and buzzing vibe completed the visit. Totally awesome!Food: 5/5
Food excellent. Tasty and fresh. Chef on the night we were there did excellent job. Service was very fast even though the restaurant was packed. Staff were very efficient, helpful and respectful. This place is now on our return to list when in Canberra.
Pizzas were very good but my chicken dish was average. The environment was very uncomfortable as it was extremely hot had to fan myself and also the choice of music especially for an Italian restaurant bad and very loud. I'm from Sydney but won't be coming back next time I come to Canberra.
Decent tasty pizza, particularly like the arrabiata, but too much cheese for my liking. It can make it feel quite stodgy. Take away always efficient and on time.
Went for an Anniversary meal, booked online and said it was for this occasion. They placed next to a cold window, no elbow room, next to a nice family whose kids were loud. Far from romantic. Pasta special was over powered by chilli, no warning of intensity which spoiled dish for me and added to negative experience. Could fit dish in palm of my hand. Left unfulfilled, much poorer and disappointed. They used to be better than this. Please lift your game. Next anniversary going back to our fave. PM
We usually speak highly of Bellucis as their customer service and quality of food has been outstanding in the past.. tonight however we received a supreme pizza that was not only cold at the door but the quality of the dough was distasteful and the contents of the fillings revealed Ingredients missing and it looked and tasted as though it had been thrown together in three minutes. Needless to say it went in the bin . There was a clear lack of care in the creation of this pizza and the tiramisu we ordered to follow was also of poor quality and thrown in the bin. Very disappointing considering Bellucis has had such a good reputation in the past. This is the last time we will be ordering from this restaurant .
Some of the best service I've ever had. Some of the best Oysters and Chicken Saltimbocca I've had. Good portion size too. ;Darren Vegetarian options: Good vego options.
Really yummy food and a very good waitress who attended to our every request better than anybody.
Amazing food and exceptional service. It’s popular for a reason, everything was superb.
