Do not stay at Bell Tower! Our room was in very poor condition. One of the wall-mounted bedside tables was missing, knobs missing from cupboards, shabby towels. Worst of all, the shower screen was stuck in the closed position so we could not have a shower. No-one on site from 4.30pm to 9am. I rang the owner and he agreed to refund $30 for lack of shower, but he didn't do it. Only saving grace was that the bed was clean and comfortable. This experience prompted me to write my first ever review! I will be sure to check reviews in future.
Stayed there lastnight. Rooms outdated in furniturenWent to make coffee. Cups, l found dirty as well as the kettlenShould be checked after each guest.nThe shower door was damaged and wouldn't open easily. The water dribbled out of the shower head. Made it difficultnOn a positive side the bed was clean and comfy to sleep in
I was very impressed with the Shepparton Bell Tower Motor Inn. The service was top-notch, and the staff was always ready to help with a smile. The room was spotless and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location is ideal, with easy access to the town center and local attractions. Highly recommend this motor inn to anyone looking for quality accommodation in Shepparton.
Big room with separate vanity and bathroom. Clean and spacious.nSingle bed was quite hard but the queen was ok.nThe shower had no pressure! Just dribbled out.nOtherwise ok for a stop over night. Room 10
Don't stay here. Bathroom was full of mould. No water pressure. Bed was absolutely horrendous. Room not clean. No doona cover. Stained doona. Motel cleaners didn't speak english around their guests. Please avoid. A lot of Road noise
