I took my 8 month old twins to get their ears pierced here today and the service was exceptional! The staff were lovely and friendly. They made my babies feel relaxed before they pierced their ears, they barely cried. They even gave them a certificate for being brave and a little keepsake for their first earrings. Such a lovely touch. They also have a great selection of earrings. Would highly recommend!
I highly recommend this place! I was slightly nervous for my baby and I was encouraged to be strong and before we knew it my 4 month olds ears were pierced. She didn’t flinch, it was done safely and swiftly and the piercer informed us of how and when to clean the piercing etc. An overall very calm and great experience especially for any nervous Mamas out there
Called and booked a slot for my daughter to have her ears pierced. The couple inside were really friendly and talkative. My daughter hardly noticed the piercing was done. The man made my daughter really calm and handled her really well. Lovely selection of jewellery instore. Earring, necklaces, bangles they have it all in beautiful designs. Prices to suit all age ranges. Great security. You need to go through security doors that only the people inside can open. Located right near Kingsbury station. Pay and display parking available nearby.
Service is execeptional. I got my 6 month olds ears pierced from here, beautiful variety of different carats of gold + designs versus your standard gold studs. The gentlemen is very attentive to children and very patient when they cry. Thank you so much :
I took three diamond rings to Jyoti Jewellers for repair a couple of months ago. A few diamond stones had fallen off them. I explained that two stones on a particular yellow gold ring had fallen off twice so I needed it done properly with the claws holding them down. The elderly man there said he would do a good job. I believed him. Within a few weeks of the repairs, the same stones fell out of the first ring. I took it back to the store and reluctantly, it was fixed under warranty. Less than a month after, the diamonds on the second ring yellow gold ring came out and I took it back to Jyoti. This was the ring that needed claws fixed into it which wasn’t done but which the elderly man claimed was done professionally. I need not worry. Now that same elderly man whom I had seen on all occasions claimed it wasn’t the same stones that came out, but if I wanted, he would fix it at a charge. I was furious. How can you blatantly lie. This is the worst customer service I have received from a Jeweler. He was shouting that I should listen to him while he conveniently wouldn’t listen to my complaint. I will be surprise if the third ring doesn’t fall apart soon. I paid a lot of money to replace the diamonds but had a dodgy job done by this Jewellers. Now am heading to a proper high street Jeweller who will hopefully do a better job! I will keep you informed when the third ring he “fixed” fall off Be careful out there people!
Good experience piercing two little girls ears. Would recommend. Good selection of children’s first earrings in different price ranges.

I brought my 6 month old baby daughter here yesterday to have her ears pierced and it was a lovely experience from start to finish. As a first time mum I was a little nervous about having her ears done but they talked through the process, and didn’t start until my daughter was calm and comfortable. We also received a lovely certificate and bear which is a lovely touch. I highly recommend and have already recommended them to friends.
Brilliant service- My 11 month old had her ears pierced and each person in the store staff and customers contributed to making my baby feel safe and happy. Piercing technician handled the process very well, couldn't have asked for anything better!
