Belle Wilston have managed the rental of our investment property for the past five years. Throughout this time they have been responsive, prompt and professional. Having used other property managers previously we have been very pleased to find Belle consistently deliver a high quality service at reasonable management fees. We would have no hesitation in recommending Belle Wilston to other property owners.
I had problems with Belle property. They were happy to take my money of $2600 for marketing and after the 4 weeks I didn't hear from them. I left messages for the agents to call me back and they failed to do so. After getting a new tenant in the property, they tried to take a potential buyer around to have a look at the property without notifying the tenant. Belle have also relayed information to the tenant about the sale of the property in which they had no right to do so. I decided to change real estate agents and Belle made it as hard as possible to make the change. It was a waste of $2600. There is no way I could recommend them.
Just completed a 1Form survey which reminded me to do this. We recently signed a lease for a place managed by the Wilston Belle Property team and I've been very impressed so far by their professionalism and responsiveness. They'd be the type of agents I'd trust to manage my property and from a tenants perspective they're the first agency we've had that hasn't treated us as second class because we've chosen to rent and save up a big deposit... very smart on their part!
Belle were excellent with a contract in 4 days and settlement in 21 days. The missing star was unfortunately down to the stylist recommended by Belle - Affordable Interiors. Otherwise great advice and hard work by Susanne Forbes Belle Property.
The property manager, Christian Schatz, is horribly unprofessional and is not trustable at all. He paid the rental fee of my house to the previous owner. He did it intentionally and had planned for it. Then he blocked my phone number and didn't respond my calls or text messages at all. Fortunately the previous owner paid me the amount. Never deal with Christisn Schatz. His manager, Debora Sutton also was not responsive at all and apparently she doesnt care about what is happening in her office.
This agency changed our property manager FOUR times in a single year none of them seemed to receive any information from the previous employee and were absolutely terrible at getting things fixed. We waited eight months to get some blinds fixed, which were broken when we arrived. That's right, eight months! Other problems were simply ignored and never resolved e.g. loose pool tiles, which were potentially hazardous. When we left, they then fabricated costs to draw from the bond e.g. extra days of rent, cleaning. They could certainly learn a few things from Belle Property in Paddington, who are as professional as it gets.
Lara Spain and her team are always a pleasure to work along side with and make our business relationship a easy one with their knowledge and helpfulness. I have no hesitation giving my recommendation to Belle Property Management Wilston as a professional well-resourced company that can handle any level of service with qualified and diligent staff.
An excellent outcome with our property under contract within 4 days of listing and settled in 21 days at market value. Highly recommended. The 5th star is missing only consequent to an awful experience with the styling firm Affordable Interiors, who proved to be devious and very difficult to deal with. That business almost cost us the sale.
