So needing to have my gel nails soaked off, I arrived at Face Facts without an appointment. The service and quick response was brilliant. I always feel bad going to another salon to have a soak off but I needn't have done as they made me most welcome. Chole and Holly made me feel relaxed amd they did a complete soak off and manicure. So ladies, I can now face the weekend with family and friends without hiding my hands

Rai was brilliant when she pierced my daughter’s ears, she showed her everything she was going to do, as she was a little anxious, which made her more calm as she told her when she was going to do it  she was fabulous and would highly recommend a 5 experience

Today I came into the salon with my children to have my little girls ears pierced. The lady was so good with my children and made my little girl feel very relaxed and she was very professional. Lovely little salon will definitely visit again. Thankyou

I went to Face Facts for my first dermaplaning treatment. Rai is experienced, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The salon is clean, well laid out and with a relaxing ambience. I'm happy with the treatment and the results and would recommend.
