When I arrived at the salon, I wasn’t greeted nor did I sit down for my appointment at the scheduled time I had booked. Because they were running so behind i managed to drive 15 mins home and 15 mins back and still not  be ready for them to start. The services are ridiculously overpriced for the quality they offer.nnI got my makeup done for my 21st a few months ago. The foundation was orange, the makeup products/brushes weren’t sanitary and the eyeshadow wasn’t blended nor suited the look I was going for. The foundation collection consisted of 3 or 4  colours only, which is disappointing when you offer makeup as a service but cannot cater to majority of skin colours. I had to go home straightaway to redo my makeup and I’m no specialist but i most definitely did a much better job. I left the salon in tears with how my makeup looked for my birthday.nnIn my service I also got bangs cut and a trim. My bangs weren’t blended in with the rest of my hair and they weren’t layered, so my bangs literally looked like chunks of hair hanging off of my head. I will compare it to a 5 year olds quality of hair cutting. I ended up going to another salon and i didn’t even need to explain what happened, they fixed it straight away. As well as having my hair thinned out to the extreme for absolutely no valid reason!? I felt like absolute shit when I walked out the door and I would highly recommend this salon to my worst enemy

Rachel saved my hair - she did an amazing colour correction on home-dyed hair bleached & coloured bright red.nnShe managed to get my hair back to a brown colour in a few hours. My hair is a few shades lighter than it was, but it is looking great !nnWould definitely recommend for colours & colour corrections.

Such a welcoming environment and Rachel truly is amazing at what she does. They also have a cute coffee window & it’s delicious

Just wanted to give a shout out to Rachel for my appointment on Friday. I wanted a big change with my hair colour but she was very accommodating to this. My usual 2 to 3 hour appointment turned into 5 and half hours. Being on her own in the salon was hard enough especially at this time of year but i was happy to wait it out. Nothing was too hard for her with all my changes so i just want to say thankyou again! We both definitely were keen to get home by the end of the day. Change in hair colour is always risky but I'm happy with it and have had so many compliments.
