Dr Shashi is amazing, knowledgeable and very caring. He takes care of my whole family, my pregnancy and my new born. He goes out of his way calling us making sure that we re ok.nIt is our pleasure to be under his care.nDr Pranali is also excellent.nThe service is also very good, they are always on time and we never really have to wait.nVery very happy and cant recommend them enough.
One of the worst experience I had at Bellbird. I booked an appointment for my wife with a lady doctor and when we reached the medical centre they changed the doctor at the last moment. We met Ivan and he order blood test and while leaving we booked the appointment for in person consultation with the doctor at 4:30 PM for the results once the blood test is completed.nnIt was on that day we got a call from the medical centre around 3:30 PM and the doctor just read the blood test results and disconnected the call. The call was for one minute and he just read the blood results and said all is fine, luckily my wife asked for the soft copy of the results. When we saw the results we saw one factor little bit high and it was highlighted in red. Now they charged 55 dollars for this one minute telephonic consultation which we never wanted in the first place.nnThe reason why we see doctors is to get information on the blood as they are qualified to see the results and provide us with their medical opinions. If we had to google the results what is the use of GP if we can do it ourselves. Why are they charging us 55 dollars just to read it out, as if we are uneducated idiots who can't read a report.nnIn other medical centres they don't charge us if you see the GP within the week. Here they charged us double and didn't get the GP we wanted and we got a telephonic phone call. To simply this they could have a bit to read out reports and charge us more.nnThe service was bad and if they want to leave early, they just do whatever they for their convenience.nnI would never recommend this place to anyone
I wanted to book immunization for my daughter.nnEvery time I call them, they as the can only do it for Monday.nnI tried to explain them I can’t do it on Monday as I don’t want my daughter to be in pain full day in childcarennI tried to book it this week again and the pushed me towards Monday again as their nurse is only available on MondaynnWhen I said its always busy the receptions said very rudely that bcz we are that why we don’t have appointments and as if we are free doing nothing” I don’t appreciate this service atall
The GP was decent in most general areas, but he encouraged me to be ingenuine about my mental health and he did not come across as supportive in that area. I knew it was going to be difficult to get the care I needed, so I had to seek someone who was more compassionate at some other clinic.
Some Parking is on site and easily accessible via alan st and exiting onto Blackburn rd. Very clean and tidy premises and courteous receptionist.nDr very caring and attentive to my needs.
