You can tell that Suzi loves what she does. Each week creating these delicious new flavoured cakes and pastries. I actually had to ban myself from coming for a little while as I was addicted to trying new menu items every week. Such an amazing pastry shop concept, she is truly an artist.
To me, this is the best bakery in Brisbane - worth the line up & the cost and 100% justified given the incredible quality!. The most delicious and beautifully crafted pastries, cakes and baked goods - everything is made with so much love and care. Aside from the delicious sweet treats, the savoury pies and sausage rolls are some of the best I’ve ever had. I’ve been a customer of Bella & Tortie since 2020 and hope to be one for many more years to come!
My Instagram algorithm threw this place at me and the craving hit super hard, I just had to go and see what all the fuss was about. Actions speak louder than words as the line was already massive before the doors were even open. I got a decent haul of Sausage Rolls, Pies and Pastries and oh my god they were out of this world. I cannot wait for them to open up again - Definitely a place for a treat or two.
Stopped in to this cute bakery for a quick bite. Beautiful store, friendly staff and delicious pastries! We got a matcha Canele, lasagne pie and sausage roll they were all amazing. Will be back for more !
This is one of the best bakeries in Brisbane! It uses high quality ingredients and it taste so yummy! You definitely have to try the sausage roll and a new product that is really good too is the creamy vegetarian puff! One of my favourite cupcake is the Stout+Ginger.
