I went here just before going away on holidays. I was so excited to get my nails done. I got a blue French and the lady cut all my natural nails off which I had grown over many months. She also didn’t smooth the acrylic out properly so it was all bumpy. Less than a week later and one nail had fallen off, I am now missing three nails 8 days later. I’m very disappointed as my previous set lasted me nearly a month. Paid $65 for them to just fall off in a week. I’ve tried to find an email to contact them personally as I don’t like posting publicly with a complaint but was unable to find one.
Chloe is so sweet and always does an amazing job and takes so much care and time to do builder gel nails. The staff are friendly and are so sweet when I bring my little girls in for their nails. Requested style: Designs Specialties: Builder gel Stylist: Chloe

I brought my lovely lady to the wonderful “bella nails” to have a full set of acrylic nails. Staff were wonderful, friendly and courteous and respectful of my disability of my left hand having a mind of its own. They were very patience and kind and just as I was about to leave they treated my hands with a hot towel - what a wonderful touch. Thank you ladies we will be back. Just perfect trace
If I could rate it a zero then I would.. I usually read reviews before I try a place but it was a super last minute decision to get my nails done. I asked for a Spa Pedicure and Manicure = $90. There was two workers doing my hands and feet at the same time and completely rushed to get it over and done with. It was over in less than 30 mins. My skin was dry, feet weren’t shaved properly and unclean finishes with the polish.. The whole time you can tell they’re talking about you in their language and the older lady was aggressively moving my hands around and getting angry when nail polish went on my skin. I’m not one to get mad easily but she was trying my patience please spend your money elsewhere. The owner needs to fire them and get competent workers who actually like to serve people.
Kia Ora, I’m new to the area so it’s my first time at Bella Nails. I really enjoyed the service and loved my nails. I had a male didn’t get his name massage my feet, I was so relaxed. really nice staff and they do a really good job with nails and the prices are good and reasonable. would recommend.
