We were travelling from Mackay to Bundaberg and I needed a holiday treat. Decided to have my hair done. I was recommended Bella Donna.. Great salon. Wonderful staff. Loved my cut and colour. Made me feel very special. Nothing was too much trouble. I ended up buying product as well. Would highly recommend this salon.

Love going to the salon. The girls are brilliant and I always leave feeling amazing. Highest quality and service in Bundaberg.

We were in Bundaberg & a friend wanted her 10yr old daughter's long hair trimmed. We did a walk in (no one in there) they sat the child down, ran the scissors across the bottom of her hair all the while telling her "your hair will go green from doing too much swimming". The cut was finished in 5 minutes & they charged $24 dollars. My friend asked how much it would be for a cut & foils. The stylist huffed away to get a calculator, came back & said $130. As my friend has short hair she said...what about the price in the window? She was told "it depends on how much product we use". On that basis the child's cut should have been calculated on $0 for product & less than the $288 per hour rate the "stylist" charged for her time! She didn't even attempt to make the child feel anything other than a problem to be solved. Poor customer service & a bad attitude doesn't deserve return business. Needless to say my friend went elsewhere for the cut & foils

Best salon in town!!! Highly recommend. The best level of skill and service in Bundaberg.
