My experience has been terrible. 

In November 2017 I booked a newborn location photoshoot with Kirsty Sanderson, the Owner/Operator and photographer of Bella and Beau Model Management, Burleigh Heads, QLD.

At first she was very accommodating, and spoke very highly of her photography skills. My family took photos by the beach and I asked for some by the water. she told me about all the beautiful editing she will do. 

She complimented my 4 year old daughter and offered to sign her up to Bella and Beau Model Management for a discounted rate. 
I was keen to sign her up.

But then it all went downhill from there. I got some sneak peak photos from her to view online which were okay. None had the beach in them. Everytime I asked to see the rest of my photos she was always too busy to show me.

I rang her up at the end of January and asked to see my photos again and she told me the sneak peaks are all I will get as they are 'great' and I should be greatful. She told me not to contact her again. I tried to reason with her and she hung up the phone in my face. 

I was stunned. What could have caused her to behave so rudely and unprofessionally towards me. She hadn't even finished the job! I never got my beachside photos. I've tried to contact her but I won't get a response.

I'm grateful I didn't sign my daughter up to Bella and Beau Model Management. I would have regretted it, just like the photoshoot.
