I have been incredibly disappointed by the service I received from this clinic. I had an Telehealth appointment booked today at 12:10pm, which I had cleared my schedule for. I did not receive a call until 1pm at which point I called the clinic to let them know that I will be busy until 3pm with my own appointments. I didn’t receive a call until 3:35pm and by the time I found a private space I received a voicemail from the doctor stating she would not speak with me today as she has finished for the day. When I call the clinic to follow up I am put on hold for 15 minutes and then rescheduled to tomorrow with not even an apology. This is incredibly poor patient care and needs to be addressed.
Highly recommended for anyone who is looking for a friendly and supportive clinic. Reception service is excellent. We always consult Dr. Mohsin Key at this clinic. He is an amazing doctor-knowledgeable, caring and soft spoken.nAlways listens to us and diagnose the issues correctly. We know him for the last 6 years and always appreciate his service during COVID times.nHe is an epitome of simplicity and dedication!!!!
Dr. Khoury is an exceptional doctor who truly goes above and beyond for their patients. I had the pleasure of being under Dr. khoury’s care recently, and I was incredibly impressed by their knowledge, professionalism, and genuine care for my well-being. Dr. Khoury took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly explain the treatment plan, and ensure I felt comfortable every step of the way. I highly recommend Dr. khoury to anyone seeking top-notch medical care.
Have seen Dr Gracy a couple of times, she is extremely approachable, friendly and provides a great level of care. Reception staff are also friendly and very helpful. Best bulk bill clinic I have been to.
Bell street medical centre has by far the beat doctor's. this clinic has a verity of medical treatment available which is very helpful. Only downside about the clinic is the waiting time. I also believe they should really try and make the waiting room and clinic more presentable.
