Electricity went off. I thought my hair dryer was broken. I chucked it out! Breakfast $20 was cold..should have been hot. One lift broken all weekend ..20 rooms per floor..4 stories. You work it out..cost 600 for 5 days..

Faulty smoke alarm went off constantly through the night and I had to get a room change. Receptionist told me I might get a discount if I talk to manager, I had to keep calling back to get in to contact with the manager when I finally got in contact with the manager there was no record of my room change or fire alarm going off. The single rooms are tiny smaller than they look in the photos, theres a reason its so cheap to stay here..

Very poor. TV remote did not work. Jug supplied, but only power points to be found are on the floor. Yes I always lay down to boil a jug. Air conditioner stuck on 23 degrees, unable to move up or down. Toilet takes ages to fill to be able to flush. No coat hangers supplied. Rang reception approx 11pm after returning from a wedding, they couldn't work out the air conditioner either but brought us a blanket as one was not supplied in the room. Bed was just made up with sheets. The buffet breakfast OMG, rubbish, the following in Casserole dishes, baked beans, what appeared to be powered watery scrambled eggs, bacon, chicken snags and the last one 1/2.grilled tomatoes with a little melted cheese on top. Also there was Tinned 1/2 cut Peaches and pears and a bowl of yoghurt. 2.juices which where below tap line. But staff did add another small amount in when they say me struggling to get a glass full. The coffee Urn was also empty and I had to ask them to fill it. Paul made toast but it got stuck in the contraption of a toaster and he burnt his had trying to retrieve. I did fill out a feedback card, so I hope management act. I scored them a 1 out of 10. Yours sincerely Trenna Reid stayed 5.11.17.
