Very beautiful and cozy place, the room is very tastefully and delicately decorated!! The rooms are build and decorated old style, but still have modern amenities without disturbing the vintage feel. The little things that the hosts took care of, really made a difference.. like the lovely breakfast tray with so many things, which was really generous, then there were little chocolate pieces kept on bedside tables, all these things made a difference, made us feel really welcome and it showed that the hosts cared. It was all very clean and tidy. There was spa bath, which was nice again. About the location, it is super close to the Puffing Billy station and Belgrave station, not more than 5-7 minutes walking. All in all, a lovely experience, will definitely go again when I'm in Victoria. Thanks Dianne for making it a memorable stay for us!!

Fantastic place to stay hidden away from the city with extremely helpful hosts.. Would recommend to anyone wanting to get away for a night or weekend.
