I had a telephone appointment today after going to the surgery last week. I find the service very good. The doctor could not be more helpful . The clinic staff were pleasant and helpful. Waiting area was good and I didn't wait overly long.
Do not go to this place—it will ruin your day. The entire system is corrupt and seems designed just to rob you, and ppl at reception are incredibly rude.nnI had a breath test last week and was told I needed to speak with my GP again about the results. When I called the reception to simply find out if my result was positive or negative, they refused to tell me and insisted I make another appointment with the GP. I ended up paying $90 to speak with my GP for less than 30 seconds, only to be told everything was fine. It's absolutely ridiculous.nnFurthermore, when I questioned the reception about why they couldn't send me a copy of the results, they just hung up on me.nnWhen I firstly came to this place, I scheduled appointments for both myself and my girlfriend, each allotted 15 minutes. We went in together and spent less than 30 minutes total around 25 minutes. After we finished, we were told we both had exceeded the time and were charged extra. They claimed that because the GP was talking to both of us, it counted as double time, saying we each used 20 minutes individually—even though we spent less than 30 minutes together. This place is absurd. I will never return.
Giving 5 stars for this practice My GP has been helping me a lot since my first appointment up until now with my injury. Thank you so much Dr. Shibli for helping me and for being so kind.
Best surgery I've ever attended. All the Doctors are so knowledgeable and go the extra mile to provide educational advice about your issues. Nurses and Receptionists are all friendly, easy to speak with and professional. I am feeling better than I have for a long time since changing to this surgery. Highly recommend.
As a new patient I am very impressed with Dt. Shirazi who is warm and friendly. He is very accurate with his diagnoses. The nurse is great to deal with. She is very informative and helpful. The reception staff are very professional. All in all I’m very glad I switched to this practice.
