The Beenleigh Library, is one of those classic community libraries. It's everything it should be, and nothing it's not.nWheelchair Friendly and also beautifully caters for the Vision Impaired.nFrom when you first enter, it has a really nice welcoming feel. I liked how the staff public office station is set back so you feel no pressure of having to engage straight away, or not at all depending on your own personal space I suppose.nThe toilet facilities are clinically clean and hidden away nicely.nEvery study, computer, printing and quiet conversation stations/areas are kept really well and clearly marked.nThe staff are really engaging and know their profession as Library Technicians really well.nSurrounding car parking is well laid out and there is undercover parking beneath the library.nI didn't venture into the Meeting Rooms, but from what I observed they are really spacious with plenty to offer any gathering that wants to use them and support their local community services.nHighly recommend this library for those that live in the surrounding areas and somewhere where the kids can get lost in a world of reading and games, or watch the vast selection of DVDs that are on offer.nIt's not hightech like others out there, but that shouldn't stop anyone from what it offers. Wonderfully laid out and there is plenty of areas and chairs to hide away for reading and studies.nHighly recommended.

I often come to library's and have been to this one before.. If you need a good computer guy just ask for Sam at the front desk or any of the other librarians may be able to help.nnI love absorbing knowledge so I go to many different library's. This library didn't have any of the books I was after but I've never had a problem at this one.nnBeenleigh library also has a memorial out front that is also commonly used during the Anzac service every year.

There's good parking, staff are friendly and helpful. If you download the app you can click and collect books and DVDs. Staff will help you with your IT if you need it. Good areas to sit and have a read or a chat
