Very poor. We had filled in a form giving authority to leave, with clear instructions where to leave the parcel out of sight. The parcel was left right at the front door in clear view of everyone. I came out as the driver was just about to leave and mentioned that the parcel was to be left hidden behind the pillar. He was very rude, igored the fact that we had a written request as to where it was to be left, and said he had taken a photo. A photo would not help us if the parcel had been stolen... all it would show is that it was left in the wrong place. This is not good enough. We have just moved into the area and will not be using this courier service again.

Always attempted a delivery even when I sit right by the front door. They say they cannot deliver when the house has a gate. A pathetic excuse for a courier service. Package was sent with Fastway Couriers and passed on to these clown to muck it all up.
