Horrible service they lie about there products & color selections like a dog's breakfast very bad stories from customers. Sales manager has very poor communication skills lost 6 months with delays & $5.000 had to walk away from them. Do your homework please if you consider building with them. I'm not a disgruntled customer just telling the truth. Please do your consultation from head office first then work your way back to sales consultant before you give them any money please trust what I'm talking about.

Built a project home with Beechwood Homes and was let down in many ways. During sign off we were lied too and deceived. Had ongoing problems and ended up using a private builder to fix all of Beechwood's stuff ups. This experience has changed my mind completely about project homes and although they may be slightly cheaper the headache just isn't worth it. Find a good private builder, it's definitely worth it.
