There an awesome range of home products with beautifully setup and layout that is easy to navigate the items. All sorted by colour and size. The staff are very helpful and the space of very large with plenty of room and pace for people to comfortably walk around without having to worry about running into people or prams. The are sanitizer stands at all three entrances. I would recommend buying from them and would be going there again.
ACCUSED OF STEALING!!!!!! Today on Thursday 13th October at around 7:15pm my family and I were browsing the store and we were watched like a hawk by the clerk who was an older woman. Just before leaving she accused my family of stealing. She did not confront us about is as we left instead she talked to my little sister. My sister was gobsmacked and replied 'we didn't steal' the lady rudely said 'I saw you take something and not put it back'. There was some back and forth before my sister left angrily. How do you expect us to react to that? Not going back there obviously. If you think a customer is stealing you should speak to the customer and not their young children/sibling! they dont deserve that sort of humiliation!
Good collection to choose from. Beautiful ornaments and crafts. Great arrangement & display of ceramics. pricey for an outlet shop but the quality seems good.
Big store with varieties for your home decoration. Very reasonable prices and always find some bargain.
Had the worst in store experience . Served by a very rude older lady and very hesitant & to serve me. When I asked her about the points system . She started arguing. It’s was very disappointing experience . I shop at bed bath and table in different stores regularly and have never had this shocking customer experience before
I have been a regular here and love the collection here . But today a staff was very nasty and insulting . I selected some items and was having a look at the pyjamas. I liked it but that one was available only in small size so I opened to check the size before buying . The lady staff rushed to me and reprimanded me for opening . She said I should look at displays kept at size . This one wasn’t on display and I was to buy it anyways so I had opened to check size . I kept silent and didn’t tell her anything. I held on to it and was looking for other stuff . She again came to me and again reprimanded me . She even took the pyjama from me and started folding it . Horrible treatment by the staff . I don’t think I will go there again as long as she is there . This is the first time I experienced this kind of treatment . She may be regretting folding stuff and putting things in order . Acting so nasty will make you lose customers . Horrible service .
Friendly staff and great service. But a lot of the products are hard to access without the help of the staff, as with most bed bath n table stores. So if they staffs busy I can't really have a look at those.
Great large interesting range and good quality for the reasonable prices. The manager today was extremely friendly and helpful, he is a 5 Star. He provided exceptional customer service. Other staff members would greatly benefit from his high standards, communication and smile.
I was searching high and low for specific jewellery boxes for my flower girls. One kind worker at the Bed Bath n Table helped me tremendously in locating and bringing in the boxes in perfect condition within a few days. Great service!
Found the store very clean, tidy and the staff very welcoming. Everyone I walked past acknowledged me with a smile. The manager Duncan was helpful and couldn't have done more to assist. Highly recommended a visit.
