Just amazing! I highly recommend this experience to anyone. I'm claustrophobic and felt safe all the way throughout. Came out feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. Will definitely come back!
Float was beyond my expectations! Everything was prepared so all I had to do was relax and enjoy floating! It really helped me to clear minds and relax muscles from 18hours flight! I didn’t think that I will actually feel comfortable inside but once I got in that was it. Absolutely loved! Its bit hard to explain with words so I highly recommend you to experience it : p.s. don’t miss out on tea and snacks after float!
Excellent service, the staff make you feel very comfortable with the experience if it is your first time and walk you through the whole process! The facility is state of the art and allows for an open pod float experience, also you receive an entire private room for the float with a shower and everything! Was my first time floating and thoroughly enjoyed it and would highly recommend, left me physically and mentally refreshed!

Float Lab has changed my life. I really didn't think I would like the Infrared Sauna and now I go up to 3 times a week. It makes everything just feel better and the stress and back pain melts away. Highly highly recommend - even to those who don't think they can sit still for more than 30 minutes!
Blissful experience! Clean & beautifully designed facilities with thoughtfulness to making you feel like you are in a retreat. The float itself was amazing! The hour in the pod went so fast as the feeling of weightlessness, soft lighting and ,silky feel of the water, enabled me to complete unwind. Definitely would do it again again!
I had my first float ever here and I had heard great things and my experience far exceeded my expectations!!! I found this is a great way to relax, recharge and reset! A great way to unwind and relax the mind. Also being a runner great for recovery! I'll be incorporating this is into my running routine. If you've been thinking about trying it, do it, you will not regret. Further the ladies here go above and beyond to make the experience a memorable one!
I just wanted to share the positive customer service experience I had at float lab Wembley. I’m currently 30 weeks pregnant, and am unfortunately a very anxious pregnant lady so therefore after a short period into my float I had to end my session as it wasn’t for me at this point of time but will definitely be returning once I am in a better space personally. I had an incredible experience with the staff who handled my circumstance with such patience and care I will be coming back and couldn’t recommended the lab high enough to those who are considering going for a float. Although it wasn’t for me at this point of time, I’d like to sincerely thank Jo and her team for creating such an understanding and calm environment which I will certainly be returning to when the time is right and will be recommending them to everyone!
I suffer from a pain condition and a friend took me as a birthday present. Best present EVER! The staff are amazing and very supportive and being new understood I'd be nervous even though I didn't think I'd be. The tank was definitely worth every single second and you are in a room with total privacy. I never felt so good. If you have a pain condition and don't react to magnesium I highly recommend you give it a go. I felt so good for a while after. My pain levels decreased, my sleep improved and felt well in general. I suffer from depression but felt so amazing that I'm sure it helped there too. I would definitely return when COVID situation allows, right now I need to return!
My daughter, grand-daughter 23 yo and myself had the most fantastic enjoyable experience at the Wembley Becalmed Float Studio yesterday, we could not fault anything at all. We all had different experiences which was pretty amazing, I honestly cannot recommend this highly enough - the staff were so obliging and professional over the phone and then face to face. The Studio is so clean and lovely and apart from the floating our highlights were definitely the little after room with the moisturisers, deodorant and so much other good stuff and then to finish off with a beautiful herbal tea was just sensational - loved it loved it loved it !!!
