Worst pedicure I've ever had. Did not even want to take the dead skin of my feet. Made an ingrown toenail even worse. Extremely unfriendly, yelling to eachother. They even asked more money than it says on their website, to which she said they don't have a website.
Service was VERY disappointing. We were a group of teenagers coming in to get our nails done. They took advantage of our age and charged us very overpriced for our nails. I paid $90 for a short set of acrylic nails with a basic pattern. Before the lady made it clear my nails were $70, as i go to pay she quickly changes it to $90 $70 for nails, $20 for design. which was not right. My friends nails were messy and rushed. The lines were not straight and it was clear they messed up. Definitely will NOT be coming back and would not recommend to anyone! Just to add, my $90 nails lasted 24hrs and started to chip after the 12th hour...Service: Pedicure
My friend and I had a couple of hours to kill before a flight, so we thought we have a pamper and get ourselves a pedicure. We arrived early, with no one in the store, we were told to come back, we actually thought because there was two of us, she was waiting on someone coming back for lunch. No just the one lady, I did ask his much fir normal polish, against shellac, $35 normal $55 shellac, we decided to go for normal It all went down hill from there. The pedicure was so so, I have to admit and say the massage on the legs and feet was nice. When she was applying the polish, she was tapping the bottle and then added thinners, we left without my thongs on, we walked out and sat outside for a good hour. I looked down and my big toe looks terrible, I went back in but she asked me yo take a sit, we waiting 10mins but left as we had a bus to catch. Btw the foot basin are leaking so the shiny tile floor are danger and slippery.Service: Pedicure
The manicure was not done well. The next day one nail’s paint came off and the nail broke after. I went back and they were very unhappy for me to ask to repair it for free and said will not do this for u again. Very unprofessional as well. Pushing the cuticle with their own nails …Service: Pedicure
Very good service. I got my nails done, and very happy with it. I did have to wait 15 minutes once I had sat down but I completely understood as they were very busy. Recommend booking the day before. The lady did slightly scraped my finger, but apologised many times. As for that reason that took $5 off my final cost. Witch then came to $50. Thank you very much everyone that worked there. Did a very nice job.
Beauty Stop Myer Centre - I got a mani/pedi with shellac today at Beauty Stop in the Myer Centre, Brisbane. The girl who did my toenails did a lovely massage and a fairly good job of painting my toenails, but she filed my toenails poorly, particularly my big toes - they're both completely different shapes and one of them has had the inner corner filed completely down so it looks like my nail has broken. I asked for square. My finger nails are an absolute disgrace, again the filing is terrible, I have rough edges on most of my nails, they haven't been filed clean and smooth and some are not straight. The girls just don't check them to make sure they're all even, straight and neat. The woman who painted my nails should not be allowed anywhere near a customer's hands, her skill is non-existent. Most of my nails are bumpy, with the polish not being evenly painted across the surface of my nails, I have shellac polish on my skin on 3 of my fingers and before my nails had adequate time curing under the UV light, she told me to pull them out and she ran her fingers over my middle fingers to feel if the shellac had cured properly - she felt it had, but I have walked out with both middle finger nails almost completely matte. I am so disappointed, if it hadn't cost me $80 initially I would have gone to a different salon immediately after to have everything redone. My regular nail salon has closed, so I'm looking for a new place and Beauty Stop Myer Centre will absolutely not be my new regular spot. They are average in terms of price compared to other similar salons but the level of skill just isn't there, they do not take any care to ensure your nails are neat and well finished. For $80 surely that's not too much to ask.
I have been coming to Beauty Stop Brisbane Airport for several months now, and I will continue to go here as Kristy is the best in the business! She has attention to detail that others don't possess, and she takes the time to ensure you are completely happy with the end result. My nails are in the best shape they've ever been in thanks to her handy work and SNS.
Today l needed an appointment quick and the girls here are so flexible to give you what you need. I had an eyelash refill.....great job and very reasonable, Nail refill once again professional finish and well priced and eyebrows that were shaped perfectly..
Went to have SNS nail colour done. It was a public holiday & therefore, very busy, everywhere else was closed. Kim not only took the time to fix shape & colour of my nails.. But also stayed back after closing to do so!
