Wow, these guys are legitimately great to deal with. Very honest and didn't even charge me when they could have. Great advice, and Ryan is a pleasure to deal with. Will definitely be back.

I cant believe the "good' reviews I am seeing on here?! I went in as one of my tires had 90% tread but a small leak. I dropped off the car and then was called by the store manager who told me that all 4 tires needed replacing and he couldn't let me leave without replacing them. I insisted he put the entry level priced tires on as it is a work car. When I got to the shop to my disbelief, he told me he put the tires on that were to the cars specification which happened to be Dunlop. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the bill. He charged me $402.73 each for 2 front tires and $500.31 each for 2 rear tires! After other miscellaneous charges of about $200 bucks the whole bill came to TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS!!! I later find out that these same tires are sold by competitors for MORE THAN HALF THE PRICE!! These guys are crooks, I feel so cheated. I will never go to Beaurepairs Castle Hill, and I have advised everyone I know of this. I have attached screenshot of my bill to show you I am not a fake customer, just a genuine customer who doesn't want anyone else to get RIPPED OFF.

Five stars! I called to price check a competitors pricing and the phone was answered by John. He was extremely professional and helpful and went out of his way to win my business. When I arrived he made me a great cup of coffee and had my car finished faster than expected. Highly recommended.
