Brilliant service here today. I arrived having just felt a screw go into one of my front tyres. The team sorted me out and promptly got me back on the road. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
I popped in with a strange request, and the crew were only too happy to drop what they were doing to attend to me. Although they weren’t able to fix the problem completely, Tim gave it his best shot, and gave me the information I needed to finish the job at home. Thank you!
Went in for a wheel balance. Was quoted $55 over the phone. The guy said he’d look after and that he did! Really friendly and only charged me $40!. Used to hearing “I’ll look after ya” from mechanics and tyre shops this time I was. Highly recommend
Quite shocked, came in this morning for basic puncture repair, middle of tyre.There we're no customers at all 8.35am i was told 1.5hrs wait & $52, which didn't sound right, then the guy looked at my tyre, it still had 5mm, he said i cant do as too risky not enough tread lol, so i went straight over to Bob Jane, 20min and done for FREE, outstanding customer service, but the guy at Beaurepairs was not interested, he said bookings customers coming soon and i cant do, i was in a hurry and would have paid the $52 as well, even though i knew too expensive, by the time he argued with me it could have gotten done. Anyway i saved 1.5hrs & $52. : Thank you Bob Jane.
Absolutely thrilled with the service I received from Tim and the team here. They treated me like family and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone else.
Booked in for a wheel alignment and dropped car off at 10am for pick up around 2pm. Guy started off by telling me all the things he couldn't do, none of which were relevant to the work I had booked in for. Got a call at 1:50pm saying i needed 4 center bore locators and they hadn't done any work, nor could they do any work today because they'd need to order parts. This has never been an issue in the 10+ years i've owned my car, nor with previous wheel alignments and tyre balancing. My best guess is that they just didn't want to do the work. Absolute time wasters.
