Really saved my day, just received my car from Nz with a nail on it and barely made it today to their store. Took 30 mins to get it fixed and I was able to drive home which is Gold Coast. I was having a terrible day but I would just like to take the time to thank these guys for helping me in such short notice and doing such a great job. I've decided to get three more of the same tires in the Gc as they provide 4 year warrantees. Thank you again you saved my day.

‘Yeah, we’re too busy to help you sorry’ - whilst there were no cars on the hoist and it’s an hour from closing time. So I went across the street to My Car Tyre & Auto and got the problem sorted. Seriously, if I was the owner of this franchise, I’d be doing some serious ‘customer first’ training and your employees as costing you money. Not the first time I’ve had a very negative experience with this branch, but at least I know where to go now. My Car Tyre & Auto - just ask for Matt, he’ll get you sorted.

Have always used Beaurepaires for years, always received amazing service from helpful staff. Unfortunately mixed communication between workshop and service desk resulted in a lot of my time and money being wasted, and complete lack of acceptance from the Service desk, resulted in a very negative experience, very disappointing as have always experienced amazing customer service and products from Beaurepaires.

Excellent. No one wants to be judged on their worst performance. Despite having a bad experience once before I returned in an emergency and the crew couldn't have been more helpful. Will return and repeat custom.

Great service, great prices, great team. The change in management has been  super noticeable since my last visit. The team go above and beyond to help and take the time to explain their work, to ensure your driving experience is safe.  Previous team members here had made me feel like I was not welcome so the change is super welcome.

Disappointed in our recent visit here, have always had great service in the past but it seemed to be a new team. Booked in for Monday and they couldn’t see us until Wednesday because equipment was broken. Then, had enquired about an issue with wheel nut over the phone twice and was told that they could help. During the job they called and the issue was a surprise to them - it hadn’t been communicated and they couldn’t help as promised. Not only this, but the spare tyre and boot was in complete disarray when my husband picked the car up, nothing returned to its place in the boot. Never experienced this with a tyre service, ever.

Called in 5 mins before closing with a slow leak and asked if they could fix it, no problem was the reply... With that they repaired the tyre and I drove out 10 mins after closing!!!

i went to do wheel alignment 29th oct morning , they just opening the doors, iam the second customer on the day, my car is very smooth now. not like mycar alignment- they ripoff my money.

Fantastic service here! Always get my tyres at this shop and the road hazard warranty is well worth the investment. They provide excellent, friendly service with tyres and even fixed my wheel rim for free on Saturday afternoon after I bent it driving over a garden bed.

I got a very good deal on a rims and tyre package while also getting the information and products available to my car in a relatable manor. Highly recommend these guys not only for their professionalism, but for their helpfulness!
