A big thank you to Michael at Beaumont Tiles at Bokarina for being part of the 2023 92.7 'Give me 5 for kids' fundraiser as part of the Splash Bathroom renovation. I was lucky enough to win this package and the tiles received from Beaumonts are perfect. I was also exceptionally lucky to have Shantae and Deon who can be contacted via Beaumonts Bokarina to do the tiling.They went above and beyond to ensure I got exactly what I wanted and the end result is beautiful. Thank you Michael for all your help.

Terrible customer service, rude staff. Asking which tile glue and spacers we needed was an inconvenience. Lack of knowledge of products they sell daily. Increased the price of tiles when sending the invoice to our carpenter, who sent me the invoice after the lady who I ordered it all through and asked her to change invoice name to our carpenter refused to give me the price. Returned 4 boxes to store, within 7 days of purchase, Tegan was rude and unaware of return policy. I asked to be called once refund was approved, no call, I had to follow up to find that refund had been processed.
Very helpful and willing to take their time ensuring we were happy with our selection. Also received fantastic service from the guy in the Warehouse section, he provided lots of really relevant advice to point us in the right direction
