Food is really tasty and fresh. I’ve eaten here a few times now and I’m quite impressed with the quality of food. It may be considered a little pricey as it’s in a hospital although quiet average considering other cafe prices. I’d recommend trying the souvlaki skewers, there so delicious
I’ve been to other hospital cafes and these guys are not your average hospital cafe! They have a wide menu, always remember my order, and use the best oat milk! Also, their website is so handy so I can pre-order when I’m rushing in between jobs! My coffee is always sweetened with a friendly smile or a little note on my lid from Rami and Fabio!
Everyone at this hospital are so nice and caring except when you meet the girls serving and taking orders at this cafe. They are the most rude and terrible individuals I have probably ever come across. Hope they find a job somewhere else where they don’t need to interact with customers as they have no hope.
The entire experience from ordering, to receiving our coffee and food was horrible. Absolutely atrocious customer service- no empathy or smiles, all attitude. They act as though they are doing to the exhausted parents with sick children a favour.
The guy making the coffee is nice although the taste of coffee is pretty average. What is shocking is the attitude of the two girls taking orders. Forget about any service they are just rude.
I eat at this place whenever we are up at the hospital. The food is fresh and filling, it has a good selection and it really takes you away from the hospital vibe. Eftpos is available and I really like the new layout they have, it makes it much more open at the checkout area.
Eaten here before while at the hospital. Food is usually good. Would've rated better if I wasn't told that the chef would decline any changes to the menu. All I asked for was raw onion on my burger instead of caramelised. When I asked if they didn't have raw onion, they said "Oh no, we do, he just won't do it. He gets upset if we request any changes to the menu..." Poor.
The worst açai bowl I’ve had by far, the açai was like water and was not even cold we told the waitress she didn’t care
Food was not good! Eggs cold, bacon was like rubber precooked put in microwave didn’t taste like bacon raisin toast was dry the butter non existent, smashed avocado was watery and was mainly rocket!
Food & coffee is good but Expensive. There are a couple of rude staff members that should remember they are working inside a Kids Hospital! Do yourself a favour and go for a walk to the @yas.cafe food truck just over the bridge. Great coffee, food & well priced. The walk will be good if you have been sitting by a hospital bed
