We had our van in and out of storage for many years with Beacon and over that time their responsiveness and professionalism was unsurpassed. Sad to "be leaving the family" but wish Daniel, Sarah and Michelle and the rest of the crew all the best. Would absolutely recommend them.
I was very impressed with the quality of service provided here. Right from the very first contact by phone up to meeting Sarah, she was professional, helpful and very kind. I would have no hesitation in recommending Beacon Storage.
Great people to deal with! A seamless experience from the start, I have been amazed by the assistance I have received from management and the helpful staff at Beacon storage. I have vehicles and goods stored at this complex and have never had any hassles. Highly recommended and reasonably priced storage options in a safe location.
Time will tell but we have booked our van in for storage. We'll see how they go, don't envisage any issues though, they seem really keen over the phone, if carries on elsewhere no problems.
I've had my beloved 4wd there in storage for about 4yrs. Easy drive through paths in, a lot of space between cars, caravans etc. Lovely staff, Sarah is great to deal with. If I ever need to store another vehicle, this where I'll take. Cheers Sarah and stuff you've done great.
Really good caravan storage facility. All storage is outdoors but most storage area is drive-through and well maintained. Can get muddy during heavy wet weather but staff work hard to manage that. Some of the corners are tight and edged with rock so they can be challenging for a big van but very useable. Security system is great.
I have stored my caravan with Beacon for over 5 years and in that time Daniel and his team have worked tirelessly to increase security and improve their systems. Keep up the good work guys. Highly recommended from a long time customer.
Hi, I have found Beacon Storage to be a life saver in times of COVID-19 and needing somewhere to place my caravan. I was called the same day I had left a message and found the lady Sarah to be wonderful.. Thankyou for your lovely customer service and easy access.
The Storage facility is located discretely and secured from the road by an electric PIN controlled gate with the actual storage area being easily accessed via good roads - with vans being allocated plenty of space. I really like having the flexibility where I can either drop off or retrieve my van personally or use the drop off/collect valet service that is available on a prior notice basis. Service is first class as the staff are knowledgable, co operative, helpful and obliging. I will continue to recommend.
We had our caravan here for a couple of years. Lawns were always mowed and easy access. We only left because we shifted house and had room to bring the van home. Will def use the service again if need be.
