Very helpful staff but not pushy in any way.  Huge range of lighting including indoor and outdoor lighting, globes and ceiling fans. At the time of my visit here they had a sale on with "up to" 50% off.   I didn't see much with 50% off, but most items where reduced some what.

Terrible customer service experience. No stock available, not able to order for me website said next stock delivery 10 days, then told 2 months in store, said they had rung another store but hadn't had an answer I walked out door and had an immediate answer when I called - only to be told by a Victorian warehouse member that the Clarkson store showing available stock had actually closed down. Also unable to sell me display lamp management rule. Unable to offer a solution. Very frustrating experience, will go elsewhere for my lighting needs.

went into beacon lighting Osborne park and received terrible service, the lady that we had asked for assistance didn’t want a bar of us and actually dismissed us a number of times while we were still talking and asking for assistance. Ended up going to Tilly lights down the street and spent $1500.00 on new lighting and fans for my house - much better service.

Staff very helpful, listened to what we wanted and made great suggestions. Some stock not available, they even emailed other stores to order it for us. Will be back!

Best possible store for electrical supplies and it got awarded the best branch in Australia 3 years in a row maybe more. Great customer service.

Purchased some down lights here and the team were helpful, knowledgeable and professional.

We meant to be call back or got text from them for our lights , was not in stock for awhile , never got any txt or call , if you ring them always go voicemail this is ridiculous service.

Love this place. Particularly love having a meeting with the lighting designer who helped enormously and gave us a discount. Always helpful and stock is well priced
