I went into Beacon Malaga to get lighting, heating and cooling sorted for my outdoor patio area over the course of 3 different occasions took a bit to make my mind up. Upon having questions about a lighting product and the ability to fit this to the patio, the staff in store were very knowledgeable and when they were unsure about some of my questions, went above and beyond calling other stores for information. A special thanks to Alexandra and Kristy for your help.nVery rarely do you get this level of customer service.
Came in yesterday and bought two ceiling lights, was looked after by a lovely young man, he was so friendly and helpfull. Unfortunately I had picked the wrong size. Called up in the morning and lovely Alexandra was so helpfull and accommodating even though we had opened the inside packaging, she was happy to exchange my purchases. 10/10 for friendliness, great customer service and beautiful lighting. Thankyou so much for everything
