Hello , I am giving a one star - but a 5 star only due to the professional and great customer service and care I received from a lady called Nicky - As a MD of a company myself , she went beyond customer service expectations and experience. - I sincerely hope you involve Nicky in the companies customer service training and support , many can benefit from how you calmly and professionally handle customers . Absolutely wonderful service. From ordering direct from the store, to receiving the item at my door was less than 3 hours. I must say I had trouble with the web site payment section, hence ringing the store direct.
Very disappointing service. Went to change down lights which I purchased and three of the lights were incorrectly labelled and when my electrician connected them we seen the difference. Went into the cockburn store to exchange and manager was called to access the problem , she didn’t even look or acknowledge me and insisted the lights were as they said on the box and packed up to give me back, I insisted it was wrong and after too and fro she saw what I was saying. If a manager has no people skills she should not be that role. .the assistant was great .
The 5 stars are for an excellent lady by the name of Nicky not for the shop. Nicky has gone beyond my expectations of any sell personal I have encountered. Her calmness and the way handle our problems were exceptional. We bought a ceiling fan with light that didn't work on installation. We called the jandakot shop about the problem and was told to fillout a warranty request and have to wait for more than a week with a defective fan hanging in the ceiling. The assistant manager by the name of Amber refused to help us out and while we were in the shop a junior name Charlie shouted at us over the counter while servicing customer about the returned of the fan without knowing the complete situation. Nicky should be promoted to be a customer service manager Australia wide to train any sales person how to manage any problems with customer professionally. I hope management will take this seriously as this could impact future business.
Lots of choice in the Beacon range. There's easy free parking at Cockburn. I had great service and they had exactly what I needed in stock and bonus it was on sale.
Hello A week ago I needed a light for my kitchen, unfortunately they did not have in stock. The lovely Lady who served me lived in Rockingham so said on her way to work she would go via the Baldivis branch and pick it. I was very appreciative of her Customer service. Thankyou.
Took advantage of my trade account to make a great saving on a fan. Unfortunately I then had to travel to another store to collect the associated light fitting.
Service at this store is poor, and it's not the first time. 3 employees at the service desk, one says she will be with us shortly, and we are the only customers in the store, 20 minutes later and still no one has come to help us with our purchase, and all 3 still standing at the desk chatting. Well that's how you lose a potential purchase of over $1000. I'm sure there are other businesses out there that will appreciate the money.
If I could give zero stars, I would. They are always very rude and unhelpful. When their lights break or parts die, they dont stock them. Honestly don’t bother with the cheap inferior lights with no support for parts. Buy direct from better quality brands and save the exorbitant markup from a greedy corporate. Not worth dealing with the staff here as very nasty when we asked for help/advice where to buy parts to fix the light. The ballast has died, and needs replacing. Todays visit is my last.
I visited store at 1840 hrs as I specially visited store from Cannington, one of the staff Kerryn was there as I wanted to return the fan as she was so rude , unprofessional to talk , felt like racism , straight forward she mentioned I can’t help you right away , as I had something to do back store , then I asked about the lights that I wanted to buy , she mentioned she didn’t know what lights are they , She just here to sell only . I visited store 2 time as very time she was so rude, please change her . Don’t deserved to be here
