Story

Beacon Business Systems are the provider of retail software, designed specifically for the convenience store, fast moving goods, automotive, and fuel industries.

For more than 25 years, Beacon Business Systems have been providing businesses with retail software. We are proudly Australian-owned and operated, with offices in Victoria and Western Australia.

Since the release of our software package ‘ServStat’ in 1986, we’ve supplied over 700 users, from small owner/operator retailers to multi-site operators (MSO), with outstanding software and business services to run their day-to-day activities.
Our Software

Our portfolio of software products include Beacon; our flagship retail software package, designed for the convenience-retail industry. Beacon Auto Pro encompasses all automotive environments, including workshops, tyres & towbars, and more. With Microsoft Certified Engineers and Accountants on staff, we can also provide a variety of additional hardware and accounting services to assist your business.

Our software is compatible with a wide range of hardware and software-related interfaces, including Outdoor Payment Terminals (OPT), loyalty cards, kitchen printers, barcode scanners & scales, digital signature pads, and much more. Our systems can be tailored to suit your individual needs.
