This hotel has been appalling to deal with. No care for people currently in a natural disaster with flooding in Brisbane. Advised they don't care that people can not travel due to floods and are taking all of their hard earned money 'anyway! Travelled with family to try and reach the hotel in the floods. Police closed roads, no way to reach the destination. We ended up in the emergency shelter...Called and spoken to them. They advised that they wouldn't refund any money for the whole 3 nights booked and they would not provide any credit note. Booking.com advised that due to flooding nearly 100 percent of all hotels had given guests credit notes with change of stay or refund...they approached this hotel on my behalf to ask the same and it was declined!! I will of course take this further due to natural disasters this hotel is just wrong on many levels. Understandable if we just 'didn't go' but we cudnt physically get to the hotel. They mentioned a cleaning fee?? I didn't even reach the hotel
We always enjoy our stay at Beach on Sixth. It is our 6th time here. Our stays here have reached from 10 days to 4 weeks over the years.
Great apartment, awesome beach views, close to all the attractions at Cotton Tree and very clean - the apartment and the whole building. The pool is not large, but it is perfectly serviceable.
I stay at "Beaches on Sixth" quite often and I think the view is remarkable, the units very modern, very spacious and impeccably clean with every facility that you would need. I found the staff incredibly friendly and helpful and flexible about my time of arrival. I highly recommend "Beach on Sixth" when looking to stay somewhere in Maroochydore that enjoys a magnificent Ocean View.
I was located in a great size studio apartment. The location is ideal, 150meters to the beach. The apartment was super clean and had all the facilities and amenities one needs. Value for money too. I would definitely stay here again. A great coffee shop around the corner called Murray’s . Worth a double shot. The onsite manager was really pleasant and easy to deal with.
Beautifully maintained property with views across the ocean, 2 mins walk to lovely beach. Modern clean apartments. Comfy beds with quality fittings and linen. Hosts are so accommodating. Fitted us in at short notice, nothing too much trouble! We’ll definitely be back.
