Had the eggs benny with smoked salmon for brekky. Enjoyed the atmosphere sitting outside and catching up with a friend. We used the QR code at the table for ordering which I found pretty neat, I liked the option to choose my latte in a mug. Food and beverages were all served promptly and the staff were friendly. Giving a five star because it was a great spot for a catch up and the food and service was pleasant.
Pretty disappointed with the service. Ordered food with my son. My food arrived and we slowly nibbled on the chips. Then started eating my BLT. I shared with him as he waited for his pancakes. Once we had finished I went to follow up. I then waited another 10mins and had to ask again...Pancakes were yummy in the end. Lucky we weren't in a rush.
Big portion of foods worth every dollars we spent but I think what I had, pork belly was quite bland. They have scan, order and pay which handy. Cleanliness is definitely need to be improved. My seat vinyl one, was dirty.
We love the food and the coffee ... the food is fresh and generous portions. The price is great .. we come regularly for the breakfast What is disappointing is the service, this tends to fluctuate. There can be multiple people working but they are not providing service or making the coffee you have ordered. Today for instance 6 staff and 6 customers but still we wait for around 15 minutes for coffee. They seem to be chatting and on mobile phones. The kitchen guys seem to always be working though and are on top of their game. Would be great to see customer service improve for an all round great experience ... where is the manager would love to see improvement
Compliments to the cook, Great food, well presented, and quick to arrive at table... unclean tables, chairs, and menus, unhappy staff.. . Cutlery looks very old, and well used. Very tasty feed, please lift your hygiene and sanitation, and update cutlery, and customer service skills.

Great place to have breakfast relax and enjoy the food. Prices were reasonable and the food was great along with great service! Had to rest alittle bit after eating Loganholme
Chef meals were very good, but table staff was not. Cleaning spray was left on a table, waiting to be cleaned, and after asking for a table to be wiped down, it still wasn't after 5 minutes. We then went to a larger clean table. Meals were great, service, not so.
